Mobile phone application developed during Garage48 Public Services weekend at Tallinn 2011. Right now in Estonia the only way to connect with an emergency services is to call and speak about your problem. Our prototype enables people to send out help requests without speaking. Our first version was built for iPhone and Android. This product is not yet available for public use.
